I have never tried it with peanut butter. Then again, I'm not a big peanut butter person. One method you can try that doesn't produce alot of smell is to boil some herb in milk. Not a strong boil, but a little heavier than a simmer. Do that for like 30 minutes and then make some hot chocolate.

I wouldn't describe the high as more intense than smoking. It is more of a body stone. When I tried the hot chocolate, it took about an hour to kick in. I later tried some cookies and those took 30-45 mins to kick in.
