I've remixed two Boards of Canada songs and one by Nine Inch Nails. I plan to do more BoC mixes later, as well as plenty of original tunes. The premise is usually just to make a really chilled out, somewhat psychadelic song that reeks of little-kid nostalgia.

Here's one I just finished: "Badlands" 3:21 min, 3.84 megs.

My project/band name is Boreal Network. I hope to have a CD out soon.

I use Fruity Loops. The key to my sound is a lotta reverb, softening edges with that 7kb equalizer and the Fruity Filter. Also helps to find synths that are sensitive to velocity, and then tune down the velocity so they're softer-hitting.
