The movie is full of lies. It's so ridiculous that it is somewhat funny.

The sad fact is that this isn't snark and that it is the direct descendant of the oppression we face today. So, have a laugh and then be outraged.

Even thought this film poses as being "anti-marijuana", it is in fact a trailer for a stag film.

It uses the excuse of 'reefer madness' to show young girls taking off their shirts and flashing their breasteses.

Even though this film was made before the Hayes Code, which gave us the modern rating system, they certainly would never have gone this far in terms of showing skin, even back in the 1930's.

It's a preview for a nudie film.

If you want to see a real anti-drug paranoia propaganda film, however, check this one out.

they should spell it marihuana again... just cause i think it goes along with saying pot is bad than marijuana... then the gov could relive the good days wen they could say anything.... tho i guess its not to farr off now

That flic was a joke but it shows they were having some real fun back in the old days. Not everyone was a stuck up old twit back then, some of them got stoned.

Don't forget Louis Armstrong throughout his entire life smoked at least a joint a day, it is well known.

He even thanks his reefer dealer on many of his albums back in the old days. The pal who would hook him up was called Mezz Mezzro.

On the record sleeves, within the credits, it would say "Arrangements by Mezz Mezzro."

There are also plenty of old blues and pop songs from the period with references to "marihuana.:smokin: "

I can't believe people watch this sort of crap, Reefer Madness is boring , badly made , badly acted and above all the biggest load of shite I've ever had the misfortune to watch.
