Quick Nute And Lighting Question

What would be a good nute to start feeding a plant that is one week away from being put into flowering and that is 1month old? what ratio of food like 10-10-10? also would a plant do well with 8 floro lights 40w 3150lumens per light and 4000kelvens for veg and flowering in a 4 sq ft space?

the lighting would be about 6300 lumens per sq

try a 15 30 15 fert. as far as lighting goes for fl's, i just found out today that the kitchen and bath fl's are the perfect spectrum for flower(2700k). ne way double check me on the nutes, i just started my first inside grow(mother nature always took care of lighting for me so i may be off, just thought i'd pass on some of what i've learned from others wiser than myself.
