Actually, not to me. I dont know what country you're from (or what region of the country if in the USA) but down South here in Texas most guys and girls lose their virginity pretty early compared to other areas.

Almost EVERY girl I dated lost their virginity by 14... In fact, 14 seemed to be on the 'high' side for 90% of the girls I dated... I would say 90% lost their virginity by 12 or 13... Just making a educated guess, I would say the 'average' for a girl around here to lose their virginity is about 14 and for boys, 15 or 16. Of course there are exceptions!!!

Not too long ago I was seeing this girl who had a friend (was a girl) who was like 24 and STILL a virgin!!! Man, I cant even wrap my mind around that one. How can someone go so long w/o sex?! 24 years? Seriously, that is just crazy (no offense to the older virgins of the board).

I agree that the best time to have sex is when you're 'ready' but what the heck does honor have to do with anything? I think some people (society) hypes sex up way way too much. Maybe it is easier to say this as a 28yrs man who been with his fair share of women but I dont think sex is so remarkable as to make a really huge freaking deal about it!

The only exception is your first time making love to a woman that you're truly in love with. I was 19yrs when that happened and that was the most intense 2yrs of my life (sex & everything else).

Beyond that, sex is just a extension of a really good hug/kiss for me (if that makes any sense).
