do you reuse the coco fiber, I use it a bunch but I've always been afraid to reuse it.

no mate i don't , it would be near impossible to have it fully cleaned . anyway its not that expensive , a couple of sold ounces covers any grow costs i have.

How often do you water, and how often do you flush, and do you feed with every watering? Also, have you had those kind of yields with any mostly indika strains?

kk here we go again , i feed every water and water only when the plant pots are totally dry . i am a firm believer that when u water less is more . in midsummer i could water every day due to the heat but here in the uk at this time of year once every 3/4 days is fine , the 5 litre poys get 500 mls or roughly 1 pint of water everytime i water . i also use " no mercy co2 tablets" in the water , i think they are great. i have grew hindu kush in 7 litre pots but they ended up 5 foot tall and hard to manage but it gave be on average 3 ounces a plant.
