I can;t even remember the last time I went a full day without smoking. Sometimes I smoke around 6-7 times a day or it could be down around once if I didnt have much time that day, but I always turn out smoking.

i havent smoked in well basically since june, but then i smoked every day, with 2-3 days between baking periouds. my longest baked perioud was probably 1.346months
