I'm in northern Cali.

I just got mine on Friday. I had a note from my psychiatrist confirming that I had chronic insomnia and headaches, which weed has helped me with immensely. I also use it for depression and anxiety.

The doctor I went to (through Medicann) was sick as hell. He was this black dude with dreads, and we talked about stretching. He was like "Yeah, I like to smoke a joint and stretch. It's my THING right now." He asked me a few questions about my symptoms and stuff, signed the prescription, and I was outta there.

i was wondering, could i get medical marijuana in oregon for my PTSD?(post traumatic stress disorder) or how about bipolar?

I'm bipolar, but I chose not to mention that to him. I think, depending on the doctor, some are against it and some are for it. You could explain that it balances out your depression and your mania, though. The doctor I went to says that if it works to alleviate your symptoms, it's probably good to use.
