This is just a mama guess, but I think it's likely that you've been smoking some weed regularly for a while, that you're a healthy, growing young man, a, and that you sometimes can be a tad imaginative about physical complaints that are normal occurrences. Remember that sore throat that didn't turn out to be throat cancer? And the stomach ache? I can't remember what was before those, but you had "close brushes" with a couple of other ailments, too.

Seriously, we all get sharp pains in our sides and mid-body periodically. Often it's just an air bubble that gets in between the chest wall and the lungs. Happens more often to smokers. Happens frequently in early autumn, when there are periods of low humidity or high levels of allergens or pollutants. Happens in active, growing young adults, too, just like leg pains. Advil or Tylenol are helpful, as is rest, deep breathing and taking a break from smoking for a time. Try not to worry, OK? You're fine.
