Outdoor seeds growing indoors bitch
I ordered last May from BC Bud. Most people who ordered from them never got anything. I threatened to report them to VISA. I wasn't really going to report 'em but maybe that threat got them to react. I finally got my Redonda Red Hair (100% indica)at the end of August. They're an outdoor strain but by that time I had built a nice little grow cab, so I started 4 of 'em. Since the first order wasn't coming I had ordered at a diiferent bank. An indoor mix. They just got here yesterday. I will order a good strain from them sometime now that I know they're are reliable. I see on here somebody else ordered from peakseeds.com . I sent cash too. So anyway, now I have an outdoor strain growing in a cab. I was advised the grow might be slow but was given some hope as on the banks forum an older grower reported this is the fastest flowering strain he's ever seen. But that's outdoor growing. These plants ssure are slow indoors. 15 days and they just started the second set of regular leaves. This is gonna take 5 or 6 mos. anyway. I'm following another thread and they have pics showing those plants 3x the size of mine. I suppose it's early on enough to germinate a few from that indoor mix and start again but I just couldn't kill my growing babies after all that blood, sweat, and tears I've got in 'em. I've just got to get my mind around the fact this is gonna go real, real slow.

shouldnt take that long supect it will take 3-4 months but that isnt any longer than most strains if started from seed the only reason it would take 5-6 months is if you was going to let it grow for 3 months before switching to flowering the plant would get very large but not generally done on indoor grows and certainly not done in cabs.
you might consider reading up on taking clones and keeping mother plants as it is certainly quicker than growing from seed.

I'm using 6-27w cool cfls to veg and they're within inches of the plants.I think it was a ph problem. The well water I use tested 5.8. The soil tested 7.0. But I misted the seedlings with that acid water a couple times and I think I scorched 'em. I added dolomite lime to that water raising it's ph tp 6.8 but I'm won't be using it for a couple more days. I also think I overwatered. I was going every 3 days by touch but I think I'll go to 4-5 days. That meter I got is a 3-way (light, moisture, ph) and I'll use it to help determine if they need water. I was thinking an Fe defincency (from overgrow FAQ) cause the biggest one is real pale almost yellow but now it and everybody has new leaves growing that are nicely green. But I also read one of the most common screw-ups new growers do is try to fiddle with soil ph too much. So I'm just gonna try to adjust the water, not the soil. The cheap-ass potting soil I put in the top 1/3 of my pots has wood chips and shit. I thought it would be good cause the package lists about 8 ingredients including dolomite but I think the soil sucks. I have better soil down in the pots the last 2/3, but the roots gotta get there.

Oh yeah, I also wanted to mention I'm using a 17/7 schedule as another mod said he thinks a schedule like that causes less stress and he gets a higher percentage of females that way. That would be another reason my plants are smallish though. And strain has been mentioned.
