Where to get a light??

Alright I searched through e-bay, but e-bay always seems kinda shady to me, and I really don't want to get a used light. Any advice or links to a couple websites that I can get a good 400w or 600w HPS?? i've pretty much got my veg. lighting down. I just need something for flower and it'd cost me as much to buy 15 Envirolites as it would one HPS. Any advice on what bulb to get would be helpful to. Thanks in advance.

high tech garden supply has 400 watt hps for 119 brand new.i haven't ordered yet but that is where i plan to go.

just a thought man. I did not want a paper trail, so i looked in the phone book and was shocked in my town in the midwest there was two hydroponic shops. they both had everything all the growers talk about here. I went down with a 1000 cash and was shocked I got everything i needed and paid cash.
