how much nutrients?

Hello everyone.This is my first time ever trying to ask a question online and its doing my f*****g head in because I dont have a clue what im doing!Its taken me about 30 minutes just to get to this page,no reflection on the website,and Istill dont know if im at the right page?can someone please help in answering aquestion about nutrient levels in the oxypot?Basicly how much should you use?
