first grow ever-i need some questions answered plz

a quick question, you know those brazier lamp things? the light that they give off seems very similar in color to a lamp used for flowering, could i use one of these? i am on a very tight budget and cant afford all the high tech expensive stuff you guys recommend, although i would love to have that kind of money

You guys meen to tell me that LSD means Low Stress Training? This hole time I thought it ment LST to, my plants seem to love the acid, I give them a sheet every watering. LOL
