I went in today for another shot n they didnt request another sample.. I think I will start Monday.

Hello my fellow smokers:} Here is what i did: the first drug screen: Drank Vale- followed all instructions - sample was sent to lab...i was asked to submit another sample. I am thinking the dilution method saved me time and gave me another chance. the 2nd (2 days later): I drank pectin w/2 qt. water, then drank Vale an hour later. 2 1/2 hours later: I then used the substition method and topped off w/ my pee. The pee was frozen and I thawed in a cup of hot water, I then added a small Rating: 5
