if you must use foil make sure it's 99.9% aluminum, and not one with an anti stick coating. 99.9% is fine, you wont be able to vaporize it or anything unless your smoking with a blow torch.
and remember if u plan on shooting urself to use bullets not made of lead, u know so u wont get lead posioning
