If the cops show up and ask questions, absolutely do not answer any questions. Instead ask, 'Am I being charged with something?' If they respond with anything other than a yes or no, simply repeat the question, but don't be a smartass or dick about it. When they answer the question, if it's a yes (you are being charged), ask what you're being charged with, then ask for a lawyer. If they answer no, tell 'em, well then, you're going to be on your way and have a nice evening, officer.

Don't let them search anything, don't let them in the house, don't answer any questions except for your name, and provide them ID if they ask for it. Also, if anyone has a camera of some kind that records video, get them recording what's going on, so the cops can't just make up stuff after the fact.
jamstigator Reviewed by jamstigator on . asshole...possibly calling the 5-0 for our party :mad: well my bros bday is on saturday night, and theres like 40 people going to his house for a party. we will have a lot of alcohol, and a little bit of bud. well, the problem is....theres this kid in an above grade that has called the cops on a few different girls when they had parties before. he drinks and smokes himself, so i dont know why he would do it...but a couple kids think that he is gonna call the cops on our party. i didnt think he would at first, but now im not sure... my Rating: 5
