the only reason would be a rootbound plant, it would stop growing
Howdy nota,

I've been using the rule-of-thumb,that says that one should veg for two months-before setting to flower. That's growing from seed of course-as for growing from clones,I thought that at least one month's veg time is required-if not 6 weeks..the veg time is for maturing and strengthening the plant to bear the weight of heavy flowers..or so I thought. A more mature plant-will be healthier and more disease and mold resistant..right ?

Maybe I'm just being too old-fashioned...lol. The way I see it-it's kind of like cars and mechanicing,you can't expect much-in the way of performance-from a 4 cylinder car-vs an eight-cylinder car..and one can git more performance-by being mindful of intake and exhaust..and by supplying a quality air-fuel mixture. I'll take a rear-wheel drive,eight cylinder,heavy-framed car-over a pipsqueak ,uni-bodied 4 cylinder car-any day of the week...lol.

Have a good one...Torog
