Emergency! Need a fan what meets my needs!!!

Dear Dudes and dudettes,

i got to find some kind of air circulation for my indoor cabinet! asap!

Heres my conditions:

1. Small cabinet about 80cm wide x 45 depth x 75 height

2. It needs to be silent and lower power usage.

heres my thoughts on what i should get firstly -

This is an emergency!!!!!
Remember as small as possible, silent as possible and uses as little power as possible. My plants might die if i dont get something later on in its short life.

Go to home depot and spend $12 on a fart fan, and $3 on a replacement power cord.
You're going to have to change it from hardwire op to socket.
It's easy to do, just make sure you get a grounded replacement cord and connect the right wires, and the ground.
You can mount the thing flush in the side of the cab.
