Hard to tell from that photo, try to get a picture of the inner armpits of the nodes, preferrably the ones just above the ones that that picture shows.

My plant (sheila) started like that - the consensus was MALE! - but she turned out to be a female.
phyokind - is right, get a pick of the nodes or pre-flower. My log may help a little.

the ones just above that arnt developed as well, and thats the best angle, nothing more to see in the armpit, just thought that little spikey thing emerging was a sign.
