Request appraisal of my situation please

Hello, I have been reviewing this site all day today. I got an offer with a highly desirable employer. I have not smoked in about 4-5 weeks, am 240-250lbs, 6'00" 29yr old male. Not much of an exerciser, poor diet, and I drink more beer now than b4 i quit smoking (12pk/day). My smoke habits were about 3x a day using 2-3 pinch hitters per sitting for a total of 1/8 a week for years, usually above average stuff. I bought B complex vitamins today along with cranberry juice (currently enjoying) and am planning on diluting with about 80oz+ water tommorrow. I plan on eliminating 2-3x b4 going into Quest and doing the start/ stop/ fill cup/ rest into toilet regement. Im pretty sure I will pass, but being the chronic worrier that I am, I had to verify with elders of this community. Thank you in advance, koi.

I think your taking a chance diluting. You could tarnish your image to this employer.

Start/stop/fill cup/ rest into toilet AKA midstream sample! Damon thinks that because it has been a month you will be clean but it looks like you are carrying a few extra pounds. This really works against you as well as the bad diet and inactivity and I think you need to dilute. To ease the chronic worrier in you, you can go get a home test.

Well I took the test after drinking 1.5 - 32oz gatorades and a B complex pill. The orderly made a comment that it looked very yellow. Hope this isnt bad news. What do you think? Thanks again, koi
