a toots like a bottle with a down tube and u burn it down and suck all the stuff out the top its another word for a bong or a rooter

you like burn a bit of bacyy and a bit of weed/puff down the tube it has a bit of water in it and when you suck all the smoke u suck the smoke out the top and all ash from the stuff goes in the water in the bottle and sum times u can put a rush hole in em but i prefer it without.
