but dont use the damn filter! what a waste of weed. just twist it, and picnch the cotton with your fingers, and pull it out, and you can make it hollow, and still appear as a ciggarette. hard times at the park with nothing but weed and bum a ciggarette, make it into a joint, go in someones unlocked car and use their ciggarette lighter, and leave. bobs your uncle, yah got it!

The filter does not decrease the effect.
Just try it. I already smoked with many kinds of rolling papers.
It's not waste of weed.
My friends and my girlfriend used to think this way...until they try it.
Take some tabacco out of the cigarrete paper and put some weed in.
Try to smoke tabacco without a filter and with a filter. It's the same stuff!

Just don't put too much weed in the cigarrete and it will burn nicely...

Problem is you don't want to hold tobacco in your lungs like weed. I like to keep my hits in but mixed with tobacco it sucks.
