The question that comes to my mind is what is pulling the universe apart? How can something speed up without something pulling or pushing it? I'll have to read some of Hawkings works to try and get my head around it all.
why would matter decay?...the time speed rate would increase so slow we wouldnt even relize it...wed go about our lives just the same
