Remember, THC is fat soluable. You have to burn fat to get rid of it, sweating means your having a good workout. Good Workout (especially plenty of Cardio) = burning fat. So sweating has little to do with it. Just keep up that regimen you stated earlier and you'll be clean in no time for the drug test.
