I need to be getting in shape for training camp anyways, so i'll be running excessivly along with push ups and sit ups... I'm still working my way threw the final bag, but as soon as thats gone, i'll be done.

I weigh about 155 and am about 5'11. With excercise, alot of water and no more toking, should I be able to take my physical the first week of November?
