That's an easy one!
Positives, you have good leaf development and short internodes.
Negative, you have what looks like magnesium deficiency and overwatering combined, and those two things are actually related, especially when the soil is too acidic.
So what you are going to want to do is:
Make sure you have enough drainage. Lots of drain holes, even up the sides of the container is not overkill. In a square bucket I drill 5 in the bottom and one or two on each corner, up the sides.
Next, flush your plant with pH 6.8 water. This is important because that deficiency is probably caused by the acidity and locking out micronutrients.
After that, make a foliar spray of 1/2 teaspoon epsom salts to one gallon of lukewarm water and put some into a spray bottle.
Mist your plants with that once a day for 3 days.
Your feeding from now on should be with pH adjusted water, a complete fert with micros, and you should let your plants dry out a bit more between waterings.
The last thing is to check that your plant is not root bound. With that much foliage, it very well could be, and the drooping leaves are a symptom of that.
So you can transplant it when you get some good soil.
