Well to answer your question mrdevious.......... four or five cloves of fresh garlic ...........crush and make into paste/puree....... remove socks/stockings from pre washed feet.............. massage onto the soul of feet for three or four minutes....... you will notice that the paste turns sticky while massage taking place......... replace socks and go to bed.
FACT .... this will induce deep coughing. It is commonly know to us, that are not ignorant to ancient remedies, that garlic was applied like this to sick childerns feet while asleep as many children would feel uncomfortable on taking garlic orally. The theory is that garlic travel through the body quiet fast considering it acts as an antiworm, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, antioxidant, anticancer, lowers blood glucose ,lower blood pressure and does a grand olde job in breaking up mucus linned deep in the lungs vessel
TEST THE FACT ....... After applying the garlic as I suggested the fact is that garlic can be tasted from your own tongue after twenty to thirty minutes of applcation..... ask someone to smell your breath in this time and that person will clarify the same. Oh ya and before I read something about garlic breath...... answer is fresh parsley chewed.
repeat this procedure as often as you wish
NOTE WITH CAUTION Asmathics take it easy first to see how you chest takes this....and for the coughing experienced dont worry it is working and for those not coughing it is still cleaning your blood all good really.
Oh ya mrdevious[ sounds like you gotta start taking the bud in food, not through smoking and not in your SOCKS !!!
Greetings from the marshes of EIRE
This is in no way a fact. Garlic is not fat-soluble, so it cannot be absorbed through the soles of feet (nor can many fat soluble substances- your feet are VERY thick and tough)
The only way this would induce coughing is if you took the socks off in the morning and took a big whiff.
I am not skeptic of many ancient "remedies" but this one seems like a crock of shit.
