After smoking for a while your lungs get clogged by the tar from marijuana. Your lung capacity decreases and you'll basicly feel like crap from just walking up the stairs (if your a heavy toker/smoker). Excersise is probably the best thing you can do if you smoke marijuana, always a better high. Actualy I think the best time to smoke up is after a good work out, when the endorphins kick in .
