Most sites tell you explicitly not to do it, but, of course lots of folks do.

I read something recently about how easy it was to get a site brought down just by sending an e-mail to the host claiming copyright infringement, without even presenting proof!

I've posted up whole articles before, but I've started thinking twice about it lately, though I probably still would if I thought it was very important.

But a Hot Link to the article I think is only fair to all involved, and serves as a minimal protection to the claim of fair use. That way you can say you were advertising the work and not stealing it.

As far as this site goes, I personally feel if someone has anti-mj articles up on the web, I think the readers here deserve to know that, before being subjected to some other crap the author has written.

But anyway, if you can put up the hot link to donate to Stolen Honor, I think you can put up the hot link to the article itself.
