Ever since my first bj, always swallowed, to spit is a longer process, and I've always done it out of my choice, never pressured, it should always be the females choices as should it be the males whether or not he decided to swallow a females

I don't see anything wrong with swallowing, and I don't see why more females aren't doing it, it takes longer to get it out of your mouth when you spit, and you taste it more.
