I did but I don't wanna spend 150$ i won't be selling any of it. I just want the very very very bare minimum or or cheapest things i could get

You GO cheap, you GROW cheap, or something like that. The less money you spend growing, the crappier your grow's gonna end up. Seriously, read up on it a little. You'd be suprised.
