flowering with mh vs hps

Am I the only one who uses MH and HPS together throughout veg and flower??? Dual spectrum rocks - the plants seem to love it.

i use a 1000 watt mh for veg along with some cool white flouros then change to hps for flower this is the best way to go as they need both spectrums through their life cycle. but you have to use what you have if you are short on cash.be safe the postman.

How much would it speed growth for 6 plants already under a 400W MH to add a 400W HPS? Would it even come close to doubling?

what about using a red/orange peice of plexiglass between the bulbls and the plants?

Does anyone know if this will work?
