I want to move out after college. My mom died when I was very very young(about 1 1/2 years old) and she left me a lot of money that will hhelp me start out. I'm not exactly sure when i get the money though.

The reason why I'm asking because me and two other friends are thinking about moving into a condo early 2007, also we all are attending college. I have a good relationship with my parents and all, I just want to get out of my house to somewhat start new and have more freedom. I don't mind working to pay for rent, utilities,and etc either.
