    HELP! excess heat, leaves crisping!

hey all, just got back to my grow today and the leaves have been getting patches of golden colour on them, its hot in that cupboard, despite using fluros and being at least 2 inches from the tube (200 watt gro lux). theyve gone crispy there, though ive noticed that is only on the broader leaves lower down, i guess cos theyre not able to deal with less humidty and heat so well. even the thniner leaves have curled in a little and are kind of pointing upwards, no pics though im afraid though im sure its down to heat.
problem is im growing in an airing cupboard and it obviously needs more ventilation, i live with my mum and its all fine when the doors are open on that section so the heat can escape, but i cant have them open all the time.
havent got a fan yet and i guess that would help but any ideas without getting a whole load of expensive ventilation equipment? any suggestions appreciated!

Could be over dosing of nutes as well, nute burn. Get a temp gage, seems like it would have to be really hot to burn the leaves from just cabinet heat, and those lights shouldn't put off enough heat to do any radiant heat damage IMO.

Well... The problem here isn't that the fluros don't give off a lot of heat at once, but I'm sure over a certain period of time, the air in the cupboard increases because it remains stagnant with no air circulation. Consider just getting a simple rotating fan and see how things work out for you, alright?

    Good luck!

    Cheers
