Just my opinion but i think he's probably got the hots for you, most dealers don't call or text clients. You could tell him you've stopped smoking or say a friend gets your weed for you now. Then stay clear of him, don't reply to texts or answer his calls, he'll get bored eventually!

Nothing but seeds leafs and a bud that was so dry it went to dust in my hand. I recently found a different dealer who supplies me with a better quality product, I get the family discount, and I get a little extra so my sack is fatter, the high is way better, and I save a lil money.
