That's cool man. A big factor in memory is belief. Someone might believe they are good at math so when they go into the class room they are in a state of expecting that they will understand. If someone believes they are no good at drawing then the state they are in might be apprehension in an art class which stops them from putting in any concentrated effort. Beliefs can be formed through experience. Maybe the non drawer was told by someone at an impressionable age that they were no good at art. Maybe the maths wizard did a sum and thought to themselves.. "wow.. math is so easy!". Beliefs can stunt our growth as human beings or take us to new levels of understanding. Changing beliefs can be pretty simple if you have a good technique for doing so. I have some that I will share on the "believe!" thread tomorrow.
