its more like 60 percent. but like 90% is absorbed within the first 4 seconds after that ur pretty much just gettin tar and everything else u dont want from your weed

I've read that it does not matter after 2 seconds or soo, but all of my smoking buddys believe that if they hold it in for 10 seconds it will get them more high.
