Who should know?
I personally recommend that if you are a closet grower to keep it to your self. If you grow in public, well what can you do. I mean the American Way is Agriculture, so the more you grow the better you are. But you know what, dude, at least if you tell some of your friends (like me) then we can help talking to your plant. Have you ever seen the Golden Corn web sites.....wow.... stiff, hard and matured stalks.... at full attention. You know what I mean,,,, if you LOVE someTHING, all be it a plant... you should let the world know, by stankin it up.

The thing with growing is that you will also be able to clone them. I have heard that generations of the same mother plant can show some improvements in the manner in which they go up and come down. The essence of the high is of extreme importance, if it is paranoid, like you sound, then the plant will have paranoid tendencies. Outdoors growers always have that bold flava!!!!!!!!!

Who should know?
Not long ago, a bunch of Asain scientists did a study. They put 2 vats of rice in seperate rooms with the exact same conditions. So theres roomA and roomB. Over a period of 3 months, 5 of these scientists would go into roomA and praise the vat of rice, just tell it how much they loved it and how perfect it was in everyway. When they were finished in roomA they would go to roomB. In roomB they would just fuckin yell at the vat of rice and tell it how much of a piece of shit it was and that they hated it.
Three months later, the vat of rice in roomA was still perfectly good and etible... AFTER THREE MONTHS!
RoomB however, had a vat of black nasty moldy old rice that was just fuckin gross.
So be sure to show your plants some love man, and they will love you back. :rasta: :rasta: :rasta: :rasta: :rasta:[align=center]

Who should know:
You
The homeowner, unless you are a legal tenant with a lease
Your roommate or anyone else on the mortgage or lease with you
No one
These things are mutually exclusive unless you live alone and own your own place.
Therefore, if you want to grow, you should own your own place and live alone, or as part of a STABLE couple who both have an interest in growing. Meaning your significant other and you are not going to get in an argument and get all pissed off and rat on the other, or god forbid, have the neighbors complain of a domsetic disturbance.

Who should know?
NO. You simply dont tell a soul. Why? Because even mentioning it creates a small possibility of getting caught. Even if this possibility is miniscule, it is still there, and that person would know that forever. If you never tell anyone, you never create a possibility for getting caught, and its that simple.
But anyway, if you don't do it in your own private place, at least a place where someone else would never, ever look (for those who live at home)
