Plan C-Using Substitute but worried about temp

Can anyone help, I have to take a pre employment urine test and have been a regular smoker for 10 yeasrs, daily. I have not smoked now in 2 weeks and two days. I first went and bought a 7 day detox cleanser from GNC that the guy swore would work. Well I went and bought a home drug test and failed it. Freaked, then moved on to plan B which was to go to a head shop and buy Omni cleansing soft gel and followed the instructions like they advised, drank lots of water and went to take the test. Today I found out it came back diluted and I have to re take the test. I am very afraid of buying any other products that will come back diluted. Now I am going to use a substitute and am worried about the temperature holding.

If you secure the sample in a small bottle in your crotch or upper thigh with athletic wrap and the sample started off at room temp, after about an hour the sample will reach body temp and remain there. If you need instant results, heat the sample up in a water bath to 100 it will remain there once wrapped. If you heat it up to about 110 then 10 minutes after wrapping it will remain at body temp. Some people secure it in the area behing the scotum. I just do it to the top of the thigh and wear pants or even shorts that don't show the little small budge. No need for a heat pad unless you start with a sample well below room temp. It isn't that hard but to get the hang of it, do a trail run with water so you get it.
