Can anyone help, I have to take a pre employment urine test and have been a regular smoker for 10 yeasrs, daily. I have not smoked now in 2 weeks and two days. I first went and bought a 7 day detox cleanser from GNC that the guy swore would work. Well I went and bought a home drug test and failed it. Freaked, then moved on to plan B which was to go to a head shop and buy Omni cleansing soft gel and followed the instructions like they advised, drank lots of water and went to take the test. Today I found out it came back diluted and I have to re take the test. I am very afraid of buying any other products that will come back diluted. Now I am going to use a substitute and am worried about the temperature holding.

1. Eat lots of red meat the day before and day of the test.
2. Drink tons of water from the moment you wake up.
3. 1 1/2 hours before the test, drink a bottle of QCARBO. This step is very important because it will offset the dilution and give your urine a natural color.
4. Don't go to the test until you start to pee yelow again.
5. Use only the mid stream of you piss. Let the first and last go into the toilet.

Do a test run at home and good luck.

If you secure the sample in a small bottle in your crotch or upper thigh with athletic wrap and the sample started off at room temp, after about an hour the sample will reach body temp and remain there. If you need instant results, heat the sample up in a water bath to 100 it will remain there once wrapped. If you heat it up to about 110 then 10 minutes after wrapping it will remain at body temp. Some people secure it in the area behing the scotum. I just do it to the top of the thigh and wear pants or even shorts that don't show the little small budge. No need for a heat pad unless you start with a sample well below room temp. It isn't that hard but to get the hang of it, do a trail run with water so you get it.

Qcarb, are you trying to sell it. There are better dilution techniques then you mentioned. First, you should begin to eat red meat or take creatine about 48-72 hours before the test. You should drink a measured amount of water instead of a ton. If you drink too much you will test negative dilute. The goal is not to produce the most amount of water in one's urine. Most people start with 64 ounces immediately then drink to replace the amount of fluid lost every time you go to the bathroom. Sports drinks are preferred nd if you need your urine to be yellow because visual validity testing is performed (such as an instant dipstick test) then take vitamin B-2. If it is going to a lab, color is not important because they will test pH, specific gravity, and sometimes creatinine clearance (the reason for red meat or creatine supplement). You got the midstream right.

I beleive the QCarbo does something to help bring the urine to a normal state. I'm no chemist though.

Well just as long as you realize not every thing works for every one. Some of the things I added have helped a lot of people and not just a few. There are only 2 ways to pass 100% of the time, don't smoke ever or a long period of time or substitution with clean urine.
