yabatab- i use calmag plus with every watering so i think that should cover the calcium plus the nutes have micro's in them too

Are you using the Calmag Plus that is a sold as a supplement for human consumption? I was wondering if I could buy calcium pills from Wal-Mart pharmacy and feed them to the plants.

Horse- no i got the calmag plus from a hydro shop online for 16.99 the stuff works miracles i tell you i cant believe how good this stuff is to plants its like a mulitvitamin for them.

Just had a question, i was reading the first page of your thread and noticed u said u had a heat shield for ur light. Did u by that or build it yourself. I have a 400 watt metal halide but was forced to use cfl because of heat issues. if u made it could you help me out to make my own. thanks

its a simple piece of glass i used a glass cutter($2.99) and you score it once where you want it to break and it breaks off easily and clean.

i dont know how effective it would be with 400watts i guess you couldnt lose by trying it is real easy to do.

its so easy to train them like that too didnt take any effort at all just tie the main cola 2" below the rest of the canopy and within 1-2 days she back up over the canopy again and repeat while going in a small circle thanks guys this means alot :thumbsup:
