SO HOW DOES THIS SOUND?

Okay i currently have to plants in the corner of my room. One in each separete 8" x 10" pot. I have the room temp at 78 degrees F and about 65% Humidity. Each of them have been in a seeding tray for about 4 days, and today i put them in the soil. I watered them each of them in the fresh soil with about 450 mL of water. Each plant has a 60W bulb about 8" from the soil. I was going to switch it up to 175W each after the have developed for about 2 or 3 weeks. Am i on the right track with this or are the 60W's gonna be too weak? Adios :rasta:

60 watt as in a household regular bulb??

My mistake i actually have 2 of these OTT-LITE plant growth bulbs, they are 17W 120V 50-60Hz. I am completely new to this so if im messin up big let me know please. thanks
