Ok, provided the weather here in the UK stays nice me and 10-20 friends will be going camping in a field a few miles from where i live. I am really looking forward to this as lots of people should bring lots of weed and i think i may finally be able to get stoned (i made a thread before about how i have been failing). There will also be alcohol.

So what do you think, is this a good time to get stoned heavily my first time? On one hand i think it may be a bit scary (unknown field next to wood, probably windy) but saying that there will be lots of people who i am comfortable with. On balance is this a good idea? Any tips/suggestions about how to have a good time?

Yes of course... It is a great time to do it. Don't worry about if it's intense or not. If you have the mindset that getting intensely stoned is good and you dont allow your mind to get caught up in the "I'm so fucked up" thoughts then you will have fun. It can be crazy for your first time... but definately handleable. The key is just relax. Maybe wait like 10 minutes after you take a few hits before you take more so you dont end up more stoned then you want. Good weed can get you way fucked up in 2 or 3 hits if you haven't smoked in a while... Fat bong tokes that is... Good luck man

P.S. I wouldn't drink if you plan on getting way stoned. One or two drinks won't hurt you, but being way drunk and stoned is not enjoyable to me.

i say either drink or smoke bc when you get drunk and start smoking you really dont get that high you are more just fucked up from the drinks.....i would smoke and youll know when you get high......a gravity bong would be good to use bc you can get a really big hit that will make you baked right from the first hit.....i plan on taking 50 of em tonight while watching some monday night football
