Of course not. I don't want anyone RAPEING somone, but when both are consenting (and the child knows what he/she is doing) then I have no problem with it. I think it is very weird, but different strokes for different folks I suppose.
I guess mostly what I am talking about is like teenagers, I think they have enough smarts to be able to consent, little children on the other hand, well 99% of them don't know what is going on.

Never been in such a situation, no, but I think it should be legal, I think (most) 15 year olds know what sex is enough to understand the consuqences(sp?).

No no, man, I think they meant that they think most 15 year olds know that if you have sex, you might get pregnant. Not that they're mature and competent enough to raise a child.

Yes, that's what I ment.

I don't think any (maybe like 1% of them) 15 year olds could raise a child, I just think they are intelegent enough to know that sex has risks, and if they choose to have sex, it is there responsibility.
I'm not chosing to say my age in this conversation because I beleive it to be irelivent.

Edit: let's take this example: a 17 year old and a 18 year old have sex, should that be illegal (as it is in America) When a 18 year old, and a 19 year old can have sex?

Acording to Wikipedia some countries in Europe have the age of consent (age when you can legally have sex) as low as 14, 13, and in a few countries even 12.

as for sexual consent at the age of 14 13 and even 12...these countries are 3rd world...which would explain alot...

No, these are countries are places like Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, France, Finland, Sweden, etc. Very modern countries.
