It could take a while. At 2 weeks old, your plants are not going to be mature yet, and it will be a little longer than normal.

I've had an Afghani show sex in less than a week, but it was a male, and they show faster. The females from that batch showed in about 8 or 9 days.

Also they were vegged for approximately 8 weeks from seed.

You could stand to give them a few more weeks next time around. This time you just have to be patient and wait for them to complete maturation.
