I tried it for the 1st time today, i didnt act like a prick and it didnt freak me out. It numbs your face a lot, mainly your throat, nose and gums. It makes you feel more confident, and yeh, the high goes away after about half an hour, but the numbness faded about 2 hours later.

All in all it's expensive and not worth the money imo. And the comedown is a bitch, and i don't even get comedowns off ecstasy, so that was a shock to me.

And yeh, ask this in the 'other psychotropics' forum, people are less uptight and twattish there.

well even thought this ia a pretty much dead thread cuz if you check the dates between posts its almost a month ands a half...

but anyways..

i have been addicted to coke and i would not call it the perfect drug because of the addiction thing. coke is nice in moderation just like any drug. smokin the endo everyday is ok cuz its not a drug. but coke is and coke has a bunch of nasty chemicals in it that you face as well...almost all coke is cut you are never gonna find pure coke even the purest of pure shitt has nasty chems in it just not the baby formula or ajax or whatever its cut with.. coke is processed with hydrocloric acid and some other chems...the shit you buy on the streets is cut with shit and alll this shit eats away your septum of you nose. not to mention where do you think this shit goes when you take it? your lungs and im sure theres chems arent good for the lungs and respitory system...plan on mainveinin it? have fun for about a minute your high will last about as long as it takes to get the needle out...wanna free base it go ahead its not as effective and can you say richard pryor?...dont get me wrong i still like coke but you need to learn everything about every hard drug you do...but if you do do it that make sure you have something for the comedown cuz it sucks smoke a blunt thats the best...and fight all temptation to do more when you 'feel the urge' thats addiction knockin at your door...good luck man and have fun....jay

coke is 9 million % over rated. Dont even go there and be a better man. There is ALOT better drugs, for recreational use. Like Acid, MDMA, or ketermin.

Yes, I know coke is only a mental addiciton but A LOT of people underestimate that power. When you do coke YOU WANT MORE. Not like "oh that was cool-let's do it again some time," its like you need more right there and then. It will run you into social, financial, and mental problems. Not to mention it is very easy to get caught up and die from an overdose. I've seen it happen to people I know. The main thing is that people underestimate its hold over you. You should go in kind of expecting to deal with addiction one way or another.

I don't know about you, but I would not feel great being high on a drug that could easily kill me. I like weed because it is relaxing, relatively safe, and good for my eye pressure that is abnormally high after a skiing accident.

When you do coke the first times you may want more, but to actually go out and buy more is a decision you make because you're still in control. Thanks to the government cocaine is unregulated and thus supplied in its extracted form via the blackmarket so the average user can never be sure how pure it is or what else is in it. The form it is supplied in implies it either be smoked as a freebase (crack) or injected/insufflated as a salt. The more direct route of administration used the more intense and shorter lived the effects will be. Smoking and injecting are the most direct route of administration, thus the effects come on within seconds and fade just as quickly. With insufflation it is slower as the cocaine must be absorbed through the mucus membrane.
Frequent, high dose usage of cocaine from any of these routes could result in cardiovascular problems.
Then again, low dosage cocaine gum has been shown to produce a stimulation similar to having a few cups of coffee. It also appears to be safe and is not addictive.
