the hair on the tips are starting to turn red,but just the ends not the hole hair.for some reason it only gets really hairy not much after that.im sure its colder than what it usaully grows in(the weathers has been bad and low temps like 60 in the am to 75 in pm regularly and 50's am an 60's pm in the bad weather)but last year great weather same thing its like it stops right before the buds start.i thought it being outside that i was sure to get it right, this is the third year and i'll say it getting better but im sure there'ssomething im doing wrong.i haven't used it but i have some flower bloomer with a phosphorus level of like 50 you think i should try it.

You don't explain what your problem is. From looking at the pics it would seem you have some very healthy tops, but those tops look to be sitting on long spindly branches ? like the rest of the branches have been stripped of their growth ? Is that what you're talking about ?

yeah there was hardly know side growth just when i top them when in the vege stage and some of the leaves are looking like there dying.some are starting to curl up wih dark spots.it really hasn't grown to much in the last to weeks and i was hoping it wasn't finished.i guess my question is what can keep that side grown from growing (for the future plants)and does it look like its near harvest and if not would it be a bad idea to still fertilize http://gallery.cannabis.com/showphot...0/ppuser/56299 sorry about these crappy pics(phone cam)

In my opinion 50% phosphate is extremely high, nonetheless it will get the job done if it is all you got.
Judging on the pics you got atleast another month to go, but you need to get a magnifying glass to check out the trichromes.
As far as your growth problem: the only thing i can think of why your plants stretched, and the lack of secondary side growth is not enough sunlight. HOW much do they get a day?

I’m just going to echo mostly what has already been said. It would be nice to get a shot of the whole thing even if the picture is not so clear. For some reason I’m having a hard time getting my mind around what it looks like exactly. The buds look ok. I saw a plant that used 10-52-10 and it looked great (the jury is still out on how it smokes.) Provided that the rest of your plant is healthy you should see a dramatic difference.
You need to get a magnifying glass and carefully look at the buds to see when it is done.
Refer to this as a guide: http://boards.cannabis.com/showthread.php?t=25001
You have to harvest according to the trich’s not too soon /not too late. Look on line to see when your first frost is. You have from now until then to get things finished up.
It’s natural for some bottom leaves to yellow and die (especially towards the end of it’s life cycle) as long as it’s not excessive.
I’m not sure what you mean when you say, “i guess my question is what can keep that side grown from growing (for the future plants)”
Good luck with your flowers,

while it looks like they have streched from lack of light at some point in their life, that may not be the cause it is important that they get direct sunlight atleast 5-6 hours a day the more the better, usually there is trees or buildings or walls, fences etc that prevent them from getting direct sunlight from sunrise to sunset.
have they ever had any side growth and perhaps lost a lot of leaves due to dying and falling off?
its hard to tell from the pics as it doesnt show the whole plant but it looks like the plants was topped way to early like at the first or second internode which may be why they look like they do now, generally outdoor plants you want to get decent size and if you choose to top them you would wait until atleast the fifth internode or possibly even longer if you can safely grow a large plant.
curling up leaves with dark spots is probably a nutrient deficience of some sort dont really notice them in your pics but its fairly late in the plants life to be worried to much about it now.
