Some New Pics Lights and Water

Hi All
These are some new pics of my new ones
I have givin ref using a water bottle for light hieght.
Also Some of them look like they are in need of help what am I doing wrong
I have lights going 24 x 7 water still once a day if I do not they start looking like the third pic any help would be appreciated....

Pic #3 isnt looking too good might be watering plants usually only wilt like that with bad water or bad light looks almost too gone to help i hope not though did you use the soil from another plant or is that brand new soil. Only about a few things i can think of for it water lighting and used up neutrients in the soil.

Couple of things
I think the pots are not drianing right cuz nothing ever come out.
Also they look like death this morning and I added some water...
Which is getting harder to come by I had to bleech my well and I am scared to use the water till I know all the bleech is out. So I have been using my neghboors water. DO you think the different souce of water could be part of the issue ????
ALso My water here is very very very irony if it is not filtered you can taste the iron. could that have something to do with it should I use spring water I thought that was not good ????
