Some people use them interchagably. Sometimes a drug test means it goes to a lab while a drug screen is a dipstick instant type test.

Used chemicals listed 5 drugs they test for. Those are in the standard 5 Substances of Abuse Panel but they can add more. Some are 10 SAP's, sometimes in between 5-10, sometimes the 10 plus several "a la cart." As a matter of fact the most common 5 are not the ones he listed. They are THC, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, and PCP, not MDMA. He also said they can add others and he said they can add hydrocodone. Well hydrocodone is an opiate and included in basic opiate testing. Methadone and propoxyphene while considered opiates do need their own test which I think used chemicals said. It all depends on who is testing and how much money they want to spend.
