Well do it in Green, or gren text color, Get something sweet going on in photo shop a nice banner. Freewebs is a good one to start out with. Or inless your buying a domaine name. Also what exactly do you want your site to be about. You can make a left margain to the links of facts and what not. Make an invison forums. It work out great. Then advertise a little. Maybe throw in a background song. I usta be great at all that stuff.

I'd advise you NOT to put any music or sound effects in the background. That shit is annoying as hell.

dreamweaver + fireworks, i have made plenty of gd sites using these...

DW=editor, build your layout, coding etc
FW=simular to photoshop (image manipulation) but special features that join DW & FW together make things easier.
